Tender description
Provision of PNLD. This agreement shall commence on 1 April 2025 and shall continue, unless terminated earlier in accordance with clauses 5.2 or 5.4, until the Subscriber gives PNLD written notice to terminate in accordance with clause 5.3 (the Term). The Subscriber acknowledges that there will be no refund of the Subscription Charges or the Additional Charges.
