Non-Traditional Building Surveys

Tender description

This is a procurement seeks to find a suitable supplier for 'non-traditional building surveys'. (A) To procure a partnering certified contractor (i.e. specialist structural engineers) to assess the extent of repairs required across the non-traditional stock. Compliance with licence schemes where appropriate and categorise the properties on a priority rating aligned to the NTHAS (Non-Traditional Housing Assessment Scheme) Assessments and Repair Schemes. (B) To enable the Council to properly manage the structural condition of the this stock and to gain a better understanding of the appropriate budgets required.
