Inclusive Lives Framework (Part 2)

Tender description

Southampton City Council ("the Authority") is in the process of developing a framework agreement ("the Framework") as a procurement vehicle for the commissioning and procurement of social care services covering respite, short breaks & meaningful day-time opportunities under the Council's "Inclusive Lives" commissioning agenda. The procurement for the Framework will be conducted in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 as it relates to "light touch" contracts . The Authority anticipates running a competitive tendering procedure in respect to the selection of the suppliers to the Framework. The Framework is anticipated to run for 10 years and to comprise of the following 3 lots, with estimated annual spend as follows: Lot 1 Residential respite (est. £380,000 p.a.); Lot 2 Short-Breaks Respite (est. £325,000 p.a.); Lot 3 Meaningful Opportunities (est. £3,030,000 p.a.) .
