16+ Hight Support Needs Framework

Tender description

The Council is commissioning high quality 16+ supported accommodation provision for young people with high support needs. The service must provide person centred and outcome focussed housing related support to young people aged 16 to 21 with high support needs, including Looked After Children, Care Leaver, and young people under the supervision of the Youth Offending Team who have an established local connection to Hampshire. The successful provider(s) will deliver short term accommodation with support which aims to increase independence skills and promote engagement with education and employment through flexible support packages.
