Waverley Borough Council (WBC) are seeking to appoint a supplier to deliver Roofing Services to tenanted residential properties within Waverley Borough Council The works comprise complete renewal of pitched roof coverings to housing properties owned by and within the boundaries of Waverley Borough Council (WBC), including associated works such as chimney repairs, upgrading of loft insulation and fire walls and the renewal of soffits and fascias and rainwater goods. The Council is seeking a contract duration for a period of up to 2 years (1+1). The Council is looking to award to one (1) provider. Anticipated volumes are stated in the Price Schedule but there are no guarantees of volumes through the life of this contract.
