Anchor is intending to procure new contracts in relation to Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) Remedial Works. The Scope of the new contracts will include the below but is not limited to: Structural Protection Compartmentation of walls, floors and ceilings Fire door surveys, remedial repairs to ensure compliance and recommendation for replacement date Cavity Barriers Fire Shutters, Doors and Curtains Intumescent Air Transfers and Grilles Fire resisting ducting/dampers General Fire stopping around service penetrations e.g. pipes and cables Scooter Storage and E-Bikes and External Works Associated General Building Works Health Checks & Surveys (incl. M&E surveys) Asset Tagging Quality checks and audits This procurement is likely to be split into Lots by region.
