Tender description

Specialist technical expertise on telecoms and telecare to support our work to safeguard vulnerable telecare users through the digital phone switchover and beyond, via successful implementation of the Telecare National Action Plan and the development of minimum standards for telecare. This will be a 9 month contract running from July 2025 - March 2026. At this point there is no intention to extend this award past March 2025. There are participating conditions which will be outlined in the Invitation to Tender. The award criteria will be most advantageous tender.
