Tender description

Software to enable Portsmouth City Council to calculate it's greenhouse gas emissions which decreases its ability to decarbonise at the pace required. We require the software to collect data and use that to accurately calculate the Council's emissions, for all 3 scopes. We also require the software to provide support with engaging with our supply chain to reduce scope 3 emissions, engage with employees to reduce their emissions, and develop decarbonisation strategies and activities. ## Contract award
