Shropshire Council would like to speak to experienced and qualified care providers in respect of planning the provision of residential care services at a 5-bed learning disability residential home located in Shropshire. This initiative aims to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being. What We're Looking For: We need a provider who can offer: •24/7 care and support tailored to each resident's needs •Personalised care plans •Assistance with daily living activities and personal care •Social and recreational activities •Coordination with healthcare professionals and other services •A safe, supportive, and inclusive living environment Get in touch: If you have: •Experience in providing residential care for adults with learning disabilities •Compliance with all relevant regulations •A track record of high-quality, person-centred care •The ability to manage a 5-bed facility •A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting residents' welfare Let's Meet: In the first instance, our commissioning team would love to meet with interested providers on a one-to-one basis.
