Provision of ICT Support Services

Tender description

Quality Meat Scotland are seeking an external ICT support services provider to support the organisation and staff with IT support and issues. Lot 1: Quality Meat Scotland (QMS) are a Non-Departmental Public Body (NDPB). The office is based at 4 Redheughs Rigg, Westpoint, South Gyle, Edinburgh, EH12 9DQ QMS comprises 33 members of staff full and part-time, all staff need access to all their work documents from homeor remote locations. Each employee has a laptop and mobile phone. We run the Microsoft operating system and currently have a mixture of Full O365 licences for all employees and online exchange licences for our 12 board members. Each computer is installed so that there is a uniform set-up although individuals will have additional programmes associated with their role, currently we run a remote desktop system which uses and FTP feed to update figures on our website from a third party contractor which will be cloud based as part of this contract. We currently have cloud based file storage a managed server, remote desktop, and VPN.
