Provision of home and community-based care and support services SDS 3 (2023 Angus Framework Re-Opened)

Angus Council and the Angus Health and Social Care Partnership have reviewed the current Framework Agreement for the provision of personal care and housing support (including home-based respite services) under SDS Option 3 within the homes of supported people in Angus. This procurement exercise is to source Reserve Providers to supplement existing Providers on the Framework. This is an opportunity for Providers to tender for Reserve services for various Lots within the current framework. Lot 1: Adult Services under 65 – Adult LD, Adult Mental Health and Substance Misuse and Adult PD North Adults aged 16 and over who have a diagnosed learning disability and who require support with a variety of needs within their home and in the community. Adults aged 16 and over who have mental health and/or substance misuse issues and who require support with a variety of needs within their home and in the community. Mostly housing support but with some personal care requirements as necessary. Adults aged 16 and over who have a physical disability or acquired brain injury and who require support with personal care and/or non-personal care within their home and in the community.. Reserve Providers required for Lot 1 Lot 2: Adult Services under 65 – Adult LD, Adult Mental Health and Substance Misuse and Adult PD South Adults aged 16 and over who have a diagnosed learning disability and who require support with a variety of needs within their home and in the community.
