PIN - Transport Management System (Home-to-School)

The Council requires to procure an IT system able to support the Council’s obligations to monitor, manage transport arrangements to various establishments and ad hoc journeys for Service Users. Lot 1: We are looking for a system that will provide: Route Planning & Optimisation Financial Management & Reporting Customer and Eligibility Management Supplier and Contract Compliance Financial Management & Reporting Driver & Assistant Record Management Eform Transport Application interface Invoicing and Purchase Order interface SEEMiS Interface Ad hoc journey booking platform The system will be used by staff in the following North Ayrshire Council service teams: - Transport Hub - Education Service - Health & Social Care Partnership (HSCP) - Housing Services The Transport Hub team comprises of 4 members of staff who would be the principal users of the system. There are 66 schools in North Ayrshire who will each require access to complete transport application forms and 6 area teams within HSCP who will also require access to submit applications and 1 Housing Services team. We are currently under contract for this requirement however are issuing a PIN to assist with review of our future options.
