Tender description

Hillingdon Council had secured funding from Central Government via the GLA, from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) and was looking to provide a programme of support to the boroughs SME businesses.Specifically, the Council had be awarded funding to deliver UKSPF priority E23: "Strengthening local entrepreneurial ecosystems and supporting businesses at all stages of their development to start, sustain, grow, and innovate, including through local networks" In addition to providing direct business support, our objective is to understand Hillingdon's economy better so that we can direct resources to support local businesses and attract appropriate inward investment. To achieve this, the Council was looking to secure a partner to assist the Council with its statistical and analytic requirements relating to the borough's economy.
