This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice.<br/><br/> This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.<br/><br/> For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. <br/><br/>This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C.<br/><br/>2-year contract with an option to extend +1<br/><br/>The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £261,414 Lot 1: The provider will provide assurance of capacity to deliver the required level of assessments and review per month/annually and ensure robust clinical governance and oversight.<br/> 1.Management of all referrals/assessments within 28 days for Continuing Healthcare <br/>2. Assessment of all clients in registered nursing home beds who have a mental health need 3.Ensure appropriate consent is in place including adherence to the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and ‘Best Interest’ Decision making process where appropriate <br/>4. Liaise with clients, families, clinicians, partners, and providers throughout the assessment process, and ensure that it draws on those who have direct knowledge of the person and their needs. 5. Completion of healthcare checklist <br/><br/>HPFT intends to award a contract to an existing provider following the direct award process C.<br/><br/>The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £261,414.<br/><br/>2-year contract with an option to extend +1.
