Tender description

Refurbish 2 bedroom farmhouse to enable letting out under a Farm Business Tenancy. A survey has been undertaken to identify the works involved prior to purchase. Contractors will be required to ensure all works are completed, subject to recommendation within this document. This contract relates to internal works to the dwelling only.
