NWUPC leads on a framework agreement for Apple Equipment & Associated Services on behalf of its members and the members of other participating Consortia: NWUPC https://www.nwupc.ac.uk/our-members APUC http://www.apuc-scot.ac.uk/#!/members HEPCW https://www.hepcw.ac.uk/members/ LUPC https://www.lupc.ac.uk/member-list NEUPC http://www.neupc.ac.uk/our-members SUPC https://www.supc.ac.uk/about-us/our-members/our-members There is currently an agreement in place – Apple Equipment and Services Framework Agreement ITS6004 HW which expires on 31/10/25 and the focus of this tender is to put in place the replacement framework. It is intended that the agreement shall commence on 1st November 2025 for an initial period of 2 years to 31st October 2027, with two optional 1-year extensions available to a maximum term of 31st October 2029. NWUPC will be hosting a supplier engagement day on 31 January 2025 at 11AM - 12.30PM. You can find the link for registration in the attachment. Lot 1: The purpose of the agreement is to provide institutions from all participating consortia with an easy to access framework for all Apple branded hardware and software and related accessories (both branded and non-branded products). Hardware products are those which run natively Apple’s operating systems, currently: • MacOS – for the Mac family of products, including desktops and portable devices • iPadOS, iOS and WatchOS – for mobile devices, including iPad, iPhone, iPod and Apple Watch • Peripherals, Software, Accessories and Services for the equipment above.
