Lot 1: The relevant authority has received a representation in relation to its procurement of Dental Services (Lot 3) (Procurement reference number - NHSE944) and as such the contract could not be awarded in line with the published timeline. The contract for the service with the incumbent provider was due to expire on 31st March 2025. The relevant authority has decided that an urgent modification is required to extend the current contract for the service by 6 months, to expire on 30th September 2025, to maintain continuity of the service while the representation is brought to a conclusion.
