Tender description
IPLS seeks to establish a multi-tutor framework, with a maximum of 4 Tutors appointed under each lot, to provide services as follows:<br /><br />1) Administration of Estates<br />- Consisting of c. 10 sessions<br /><br />2) Revenue<br />- Consisting of c. 5 sessions<br /><br />3) Wills<br />- Consisting of c. 10 sessions<br /><br />You may submit a proposal for one or more Lots. Each Lot will be evaluated independently against the evaluation criteria, and each Lot shall be awarded separately. Proposals will be assessed on the responses provided against the evaluation criteria.<br /><br />Only the top-scoring 4 Tutors under each Lot shall be appointed to the framework.<br /><br />At its absolute discretion, IPLS may elect to terminate this process in respect of 1 or more Lots at any time, without prejudice to the remaining Lots.<br />
