RCH requires to procure the services of a suitably experienced and competent Pest Control company to carry out Ad-Hoc Pest Control Services for the properties which are the responsibility of River Clyde Homes. Lot 1: RCH requires to procure the services of a suitably experienced and competent Pest Control company to carry out Ad-Hoc Pest Control Services for the properties which are the responsibility of River Clyde Homes. All locations require an ad-hoc only service. In the course of these visits the supplier must undertake such treatments as necessary to treat the location of the pest infestation identified. The supplier will ensure that Emergency Requests for pest control services are responded to on site within 3 hours after instruction, and that Routine Requests are responded to within 24 hours. All work carried out will comply with the current COPR regulations (The Control of Pesticides Regulations) and also COSHH (The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health). Tenderers must strictly adhere to The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and all other relevant legislation regarding animals, birds and bats. To be considered for the contract, the organisation must be a current member of BPCA (British Pest Control Association) and / or the National Pest Technicians Association.
