Multi Functional Devices - MFD provision and Support

Tender description

Greater Manchester Police (GMP) is intending to procure a contract for the provision and support of a multi functional device (MFD) estate. The contract will supply a new set of printers and Multi-Function Devices either purchased or leased by GMP (finance model to be confirmed). This will be across a variety of locations across the Greater Manchester Estate. It is anticipated that the procurement process will commence in quarter Q4 of the 2025/26 financial year. GMP is currently consider options with respect to using an existing framework (under either the 2015 or 2023 Procurement Act regulations) or a tender. This will be confirmed following a review of the market and our requirements.
