Tender description

The current support service expires on 14th May 2025. As a key solution for HM Coastguard (HMCG), the existing Alerting and Tasking solution instantly notifies via SMS and email Coastguard Rescue Officers and Full-time Officers (FTO) about Coastguard incidents with informative messages direct from the operations room. It is essential this service is maintained and that this renewal is agreed, in the meantime a new solution will be sought in line with the newly released MCA IT Strategy 2025-2028 and a new tender will be issued accordingly. This is a call-off contract is from the RM6259 Vertical Application Solutions framework agreement.
