River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint three competent and experienced contractors to assist River Clyde Homes in the completion of high access repair works to the River Clyde Homes housing stock. Lot 1: River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint three highly competent and experienced contractors to assist River Clyde Homes in the completion of High Access Repair Works to River Clyde Homes Housing Stock. The works include: -Gutters (repairs, clean & replace), -Downpipes (repairs, clean & replace), -Fascia, Soffits, Render repairs -Minor roofing works, The basis of payment for the works will be a % adjustment against the NHF Version 8 Schedule of Rates (attached as Appendix E). The framework ordering procedure is explained at Section 9. RCH estimate that there are approximately 450 outstanding repairs which will require to be completed at the outset of the contract. It is envisaged that all three successful companies will initially be utilised to reduce this volume. Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the SPD that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature, before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.
