The provision of Healthcare Planning Services. These services are provided by independent persons (be they individuals or business organisations), who individually or collectively use their skills, experience, expert knowledge and professionalism to add value to government departments and agencies, and who typically operate within a framework of relevant professional standards and disciplines. The full scope of service requirements and specifications under each Framework Gate are set out at Appendix 1 Part 2 of this RFT. This is an indicative non-exhaustive list and merely serves to illustrate the type of services that may be procured under the Framework Agreement
