Tender description

The University of Hertfordshire (“the University”) is conducting a tender exercise on behalf of UniversityBus Ltd trading as Uno Bus (“Uno”) and invites proposals from qualified suppliers for a duty, timetabling, bus and rostering scheduling system (“scheduling system”) that enhances automation, flexibility, and efficiency.<br /><br />Uno is a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Hertfordshire, which provides transport to students travelling to and from the University as well as the wider community.<br /><br />This procurement aims to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service reliability while preparing for the challenges of modern transport operations, including electric vehicle (EV) scheduling and compliance with regulatory requirements.<br />The selected system should replace or significantly improve upon the current system while integrating seamlessly with existing technologies.<br /><br />
