North Northamptonshire Council - Framework for the Provision of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT)

Tender description

North Northamptonshire Council is recommissioning services for the provision of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) as part of the local Stop Smoking Service. This framework will enable the council to select providers for the supply of NRT to support over 1,800 clients currently engaging in the service, with the goal of increasing this number to 3,000 clients annually by 2028/29. The Framework Agreement will be structured into two Lots and commissioned for a period of three years and nine months, commencing 1st July 2025. Call-offs will be made from the framework as required. The total available budget for the duration of the framework across both Lots is £902,479. Allocation of spend between Lots will be determined based on the outcome of the procurement process and service delivery needs. The North Northamptonshire Stop Smoking Service offers a 12-week treatment plan, incorporating NRT products, to individuals aged 12 and over who are participating in the stop smoking programme and receiving behavioural support with regular engagement from a stop smoking advisor.
