Tender description

NHS Bristol,North Somerset,South Gloucestershire ICB (the Commissioner) was seeking to secure a Prime Provider who has the capability and capacity to deliver Consultancy and Advisory Services for the re-provision of Thornbury Health Centre at the implementation stage, in line with the specified requirements. This contract has been award as a direct award via the SBS 10197 Lot 10 property framework. The contract value of this procurement is under the threshold that is subject to the full regime of current procurement legislation and governed by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Therefore, the rules of this Regime do not apply. This procurement is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner.
