Tender description

As part of Cranfield University's decarbonisation process, it intends to remove gas fired boilers by extending the existing low carbon district heating network to Building B300 Martell House and B237 Fedden House.<br />In conjunction with this heat is to be recovered from the cooling circuits at the data centre B049.<br />The University's minimum requirement is for a Contractor to provide a 'turnkey' solution to supply, install and set to work this new facility.<br />This tender enquiry is for pipework connection element of the works. All civils works, trenching, pipe laying and testing, backfilling etc, civil works scope to include all design and construction of trenching.
