The London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking to appoint a public realm design consultant with proven landscape and garden design expertise to develop a coherent vision and a suite of projects that will deliver a child-friendly green route between Francis Road and Oliver Road in Leyton, through Sidmouth Park and Coronation Gardens.
