The service is to deliver an effective and efficient service that gives individuals the best chance of achieving and maintaining recovery from substance misuse and reduces substance related harm across Stockton-on-Tees. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to aware to the existing provider notice under Direct Award Process C. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision maker by midnight on 05/05/2025.
