Tender description

The Board of Andium Homes has decided to review its audit arrangements for the 3-year period commencing with the year ending 31 December 2025. The purpose of this letter is to invite your firm to tender for these services, and to advise you of the selection process, led by the Risk & Audit Committee of the Board, and the proposed timetable for selection. Each firm will bear their own costs associated with tender submission. Andium Homes Limited is a Government owned company created in 2014 to provide dedicated, ring fenced housing solutions. We provide landlord services to over 10,000 people in over 4,900 affordable rental homes, provided at rents 20% lower than the private sector. We also play a key role in the delivery of affordable homes for purchase, where buyers can defer up to 25% of the first-time buyer purchase price. Keywords: Audit
