Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (UHB) is seeking expressions of interest from experienced and qualified suppliers capable of providing a comprehensive debt collection service. The service will relate specifically to debts that have remained unpaid for 54 days or more and have already been processed through the UHB’s internal credit control procedures. Interested parties should be able to demonstrate: -Proven experience in debt recovery within the public sector or similar environments -Compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards -A professional, ethical approach to collections Lot 1: Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (UHB) is seeking expressions of interest from experienced and qualified suppliers capable of providing a comprehensive debt collection service.
