Tender description

This requirement pertains to project management services for major repairs of privately owned buildings, for which Lowther provides factoring. The Project Manager will represent Lowther and liaise with the building owners to manage repairs for significant faults within the buildings. The tasks include: Assessing requests and drafting specifications for works Conducting a desktop analysis of costs Liaising with owners to agree on proceeding to tender Tendering the works Tailoring pre-existing tender documentation templates Tendering in the open private sector market Evaluating and ranking tender returns Supporting at proprietor meetings with tender analysis feedback and technical advice Awarding contracts Managing work on site from inception to delivery, including resident liaison Creating dashboards for customers to monitor the progress of their projects Facilitating payment to contractors Keeping Lowther updated, including providing access to dashboards and project manager-customer communications Lot 1: Following the PIN, we intend to carry out a quick quote..
