This contract is for the maintenance and servicing of Zip taps across the Durham County Council Estate. There are currently 28 assets across 4 sites. The Council requires a provider to service the taps every 6 months and must include the following as a minimum: - Carry out operational test and check fault log - Filter change (Cost must be including in quote) - Sanitisation - Descaling (if required) Cleaning must be done in accordance with guidelines/standards set by the WHA (Water cooler & Hydration Association) ## Contract award
