Offers are invited for the provision of 2 mobile units at the above location. The successful applicant will require paying rent per annum payable in advance for each site. Offers of 4,000.00 for each site are invited. Lot 1: PLEASE REFER TO THE DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD - PLEASE ONLY FILL OUT ONE APPLICATION FORM DEPENDING ON LOCATION(S) - The Council offers the license for these sites on a 3-year period to retailers for the purpose of selling coffee from a mobile unit commencing on 01 June 2025. These sale points identified as Locations 1 and 2 on the attached plan are again being offered on a similar basis. - The franchise will run for a period of 3 years. The successful applicant will be expected to provide the service in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Franchise Agreement. In addition, the successful applicant must hold the relevant Street Trader’s License.
