Southwark Council is currently planning to procure an Integrated Healthy Lifestyle Service for Southwark residents. The proposed service is likely to run for three years. The aim of the service is to improve access to healthy lifestyle services for adults, exercise on referral, weight management programmes for families, and stop smoking services for residents across Southwark. The service will target support for individuals with higher cardiovascular risk factors through tiered weight management services. The service will also have a targeted culturally appropriate service catering to local demographics.
