Tender description

East Suffolk Council (ESC) are seeking to procure the replacement of automatic fire detection system and the warden call system to 8x residential retirement living schemes across the Council's District. The upgrade of the fire alarm systems and warden call systems are to be delivered as a two-phase project. Phase One: Fixed tender for four schemes. Phase Two: Targeted tender (allowing for a CPI uplift) for the four remaining schemes.
