NHS SEL ICB Direct Award C for Care Home Practice Services (Southwark) Lot 1: The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 does not apply to this award. The contract will be awarded by NHS South East London ICB (hereafter referred to as "The Authority") to the existing provider following a Direct Award Process C for the following services: Care Home Practice Services Due to the current provider currently meeting all contractual requirements to a satisfactory level, it is the intention of the authority to enter into contract for the period of 01 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.
