Peel Ports Marine Procurement intends to conduct a preliminary market engagement to gather information and insights from potential suppliers regarding the provision of Aid to Navigation (AtoN) services across a number of its ports. This engagement will inform the development of the specifications and procurement strategy for a future tender. Location: Port of Liverpool, Sheerness Port, Clyde Port, and Heysham Port Scope of Engagement Purpose: This PMEN serves as a preliminary market engagement to: • Inform potential suppliers of the upcoming procurement • Gather market intelligence on current service delivery capabilities • Explore innovative solutions and technologies related to AtoN services • Understand potential commercial models and pricing structures • Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with the extension Engagement Activities: • Requests for information (RFIs) or questionnaires. • One-to-one meetings with interested suppliers who demonstrate a strong likelihood of being able to meet our specification
