Tender description

The University intends to appoint a Principal Contractor based on a two-stage procurement under a JCT Design and Build 2016 form of contract with UoW refurb schedule of amendments for the completion of the design and construction of the works. The Specification documents for the Phase2 - Combined D&B Performance Specification are provided as part of the Employer’s Requirements within the tender pack.<br /><br />The full Specification documents and Employers Requirements are included in the tender pack.<br /><br />The University of Warwick is not a Contracting Authority for the purposes of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) or the Procurement Act 2023 and associated Procurement Regulations 2024 (and as may be amended from time to time) and its procurement activities are not subject to the requirements set out therein or the obligations under the European Public Procurement Directives, including the European Remedies Directive.
