PV Installation Phase 2– MEP Concept Guardian Role (23001)

The University of Warwick is seeking to procure MEP Concept Guardian Services for the PV Installation Phase 2. This tender shall look to procure a MEP Consultant to oversee and support Contractor site surveys and RIBA stages 3 & 4 design to ensure University and project principals are met plus full Client Monitoring Team duties through to RIBA stage 7. Full deliverables as detailed in project specific BG6 schedule document allocation as ‘building services consultant’.
