Tender description

EMR is running a Preliminary Market Engagement exercise to better understand the capabilities, capacity, innovations, and commercial models available in the Online Ticket Issuing System ("WebTiS") market. The insights gathered will help inform our thinking and support the development of a potential future procurement strategy, should we proceed to tender. Online retailing is an essential sales channel for EMR's business, accounting for a significant share of their ticket sales and revenue. The current online retailing capability is provided under a contract for WebTIS Services that covers the provision of all software, hosting, management and support services and customer support.
