An Acute Respiratory Infection hub model is a system approach that drives a collective objective to provide timely and appropriate care to the population and helps reduce pressure on other parts of the system. The hub model may be best suited to those with acute, episodic needs. <br/><br/>To commission a collaborative model of additional extended access primary care that will deliver a consistent and streamlined offer of urgent care response in addition to routine appointments during evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the Wakefield District population. This model will seamlessly integrate with other urgent care provision. Lot 1: The Contract Authority, NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board intends to award a contract to an existing provider following Direct Award Process C.
