Gas and other heating systems maintenance and repair services

Albyn Housing Society requires a supplier to provide periodic servicing and inspection, alongside full reactive maintenance of domestic heating and hot water systems within our properties across the Highlands region. The services shall generally include the servicing and inspection of: - Domestic gas, oil, LPG and biomass boilers. - Heat Interface Units (HIUs). - Hard-wired smoke alarms. - Associated domestic heating and water components, for example calorifiers, expansion vessels and TMVs. This a Prior Information Notice and a Contract Notice will be published in due course.. A supplier response form is included within additional documents, for suppliers to complete and return to us via email to the address stated within the form.
