Lot 1 – Repair and Maintenance to slated and tiled roofs - schools and public buildings Lot 2 – Repair and Maintenance to Bitumen & felt roofs - schools and public buildings Framework agreement will be initially for 2 years and may be extended for up to 2 annual extensions, at the sole discretion of the Council. Lot 2: Repair and maintenance to Bitumen & felt roofs - schools and public buildings Stirling Council are looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) Bitumen Felt Repair and Maintenance (Lot 2) work contracting including reactive/emergency call out works. All companies must provide their own scaffolding. Generally the work will be carried out to non-council housing, all other community properties, schools and other public properties. All must be a member of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors or equivalent organisation.. This is a 4 year contract in total including the possible 2 x annual extensions. Breakdown of quality Method statements and weightings within the tender docs - overall quality weighting is 30 per cent as stated above at II.2.5.
