Tender description

We have had a rolling contract with Capita Intelligent Communications (CIS) for the storage of paper documents (the bulk of it being historical planning application files and some enforcement files). Those documents must be kept indefinitely and comprise circa 1700 boxes (each containing individuals files). Planning and associated files have been digitally captured and stored for some years now. This off site storage is only for those historical paper files (previously stored in the Civic Centre basement). We have a legal obligation to store this information for varying timescales.
