This PIN is to notify the market that UKRI (UK Research and Innovation) is planning to launch a procurement for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Heating (MEPH) and Minor Works Services for the MRC Laboratory of Medical Sciences in May/2025. This procurement will be run through the DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) RM6264 Facilities Management and Workplace Services. Lot 1: This PIN is to notify the market that UKRI (UK Research and Innovation) is planning to launch a procurement for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Heating (MEPH) and Minor Works Services for the MRC Laboratory of Medical Sciences in May/2025. The services for the provision of Mechanical & Electrical and Building Fabric Maintenance are mainly but not be limited to: Planned maintenance of mechanical & electrical services, Statutory Maintenance, Operation and maintenance of specialist building systems, plant and equipment, L8 water system compliance, small works and project support, Stores and consumables management including critical spares. Only suppliers registered under the following categories will be eligible to submit bids upon launch: Building type: Animal Facilities, Data Centre Operations, Educational Establishments, General Office, Hospitals, Laboratory, Restaurant and Catering Facilities.
