Tender description

Herefordshire Council is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) for the purpose of establishing whether there are any organisations that are interested in providing the Emergency out of hours responsive service for children and young people up to the age of 25 for care experienced young people. This service is provided when a child or young person is believed to be at risk of significant harm, and from whom delay until the next working day would be detrimental to their welfare and safety. The services ensures that they continue to be safeguarded in the immediate term based on the requirements set out below.
