Tender description

The NDA is seeking to appoint an Independent Professional Trustee Company to fill the vacancy on the Board following the previous Director completing its maximum tenure, two periods of 3 years. This procurement is to appoint a Professional Trustee Company for a six-year term. Following appointment of the Company a selection panel will be convened to interview individual Trustee Directors to identify the named individual for Board attendance.
