Communal Area Cleaning Programme

Tender description

Ashfield District Council is seeking to form a contract with one Contractor to undertake cleaning to communal areas as per schedule of rates, each site is required to be cleaned each month, all sites are owned by Ashfield District The quantities contained in the Schedule of Rates section of this document are provided as provisional quantities only. This contract is monitored by the completion of post work inspections and on occasions ADC may undertake Tenant surveys. Contractors shall make every effort to achieve the highest possible standard of work and customer satisfaction as the results of monitoring processes will form the basis for the continued allocation of work under this contract.
