Cashless Parking Solutions - UPDATED (25/03/25) The Pay By Phone service is provided at nil cost to the Council. Users of the service pay an additional service charge in addition to the Council's tariff. The money is calculated by Pay By Phone and paid back to the Council on a monthly basis less the service charge. The annual value of the contract to the supplier is approx. £134,000 Please note that the closing date is stated as being "13/03/2021" but the internal waiver was agreed on 12/10/2021 and the further NC form was approved on 31/03/2025.
